Zumba Gold - Friday

Zumba Gold is slower paced Zumba with lower intensity and easy to follow choreography that focuses on balance and co-ordination. It is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and results in improved posture, balance and flexibility. The music styles include Latin and international dance rhythms with a dash of rock and roll.

Our teacher is Kirsty Jeffery, a qualified Zumba Instructor.

Please wear sneakers and gym style clothing and expect to have fun while you move!

Cost is $110 for a 10-week term payable at the beginning of each term. We don’t accept payment by the day.
