Tai Chi / Qi Jong

We would welcome additional “beginners “ who can enjoy the after class coffee and chat and the stretches beforehand. I am sure our group has added extra years of life from our Wednesday activity. The Waverton Hub Art Class covers all media (pencil, charcoal, pastels, watercolour and acrylic painting and drawing) as well as providing an appreciation of the history and development of art. Our tutor, Shirley Bond, also tutors at Riverview College and is a wonderful motivator.

Local Walks

28/10/19 Meet at 7.30 a.m. at Waverton Station, trains to Kings Cross, stroll through Woolloomooloo and into the Domain to have coffee at the Boy Charlton swimming pool cafe. Return either via the Botanic Gardens directly or via Mrs Macquarie's Chair around the harbour side and then through the Botanic Gardens and to take the train from either Circular Quay or, if preferred, through the city to Wynyard. 2 - 2.5 hours depending on the route chosen; easy grade; Bev to lead.
