Everybody, from teens to seniors, needs to move! So come and do gentle Pilates with me….

Why? To keep your posture, balance, and prevent injury by improving your strength.

How?  By working with small muscles groups throughout your body, help you breath trough the movements and to be more aware of your body and soul. 

Pilates is a low-impact workout that also works your core strength without overloading or stressing your joints.

I’m a Swedish senior lady and a member of the Hub. I used to walk a lot on the Monday walks and some of you might know me already. Back home in Sweden I worked as a nurse and also as a teacher for nursing. I also took a lot of courses in Aerobics and Pilates and had group teaching for many years. Knowing how important it is to take care of yourself and your body comes of course from my nursing background but also from my training background. 

Bring yourself and a yoga mat the first time.
