Destination: Chinese Garden of Friendship, Darling Harbour, which has been refreshed this year to celebrate their 30th anniversary
Admission: Adult: $6; Concession: $3 (Aust pensioners); Senior: $4.50 (Aust seniors)
All tours are free with Garden entry. There are two morning tours for us to enjoy:
10.30am Chinese Garden Highlights Tour (35 mins)
Be introduced to the history, landscape and cultural heritage of the garden on a guided tour with one of our Interpretation Officers.
11.45am Plants in a Living Landscape Tour (45 mins)
Every plant tells a unique story. Changing every season, this tour takes a look at how and why particular seasonal plants and trees have been planted to create this spectacular garden

Travel: Trackwork has struck yet again! We will meet at 9.20am on Pacific Highway to catch the 9.27 M20 bus at the West St stop (outside the Union Hotel). Coffee stop at Town Hall Square. The teahouse in the Garden also serves coffee and tea.
The walk from Town Hall station to the garden is approx. 650m. The walk is reasonably flat, except for the Goulburn St block between Dixon & Harbour Sts.
